One hour to cook, one hour to shoot.
We photographed the recipes for Most pro Tibet under less-than-ideal conditions - limited time, no external lighting, a wobbly table.
Even so (or maybe because of it), the shots came out with real atmosphere.
Exotic ingredients, spices, and fresh herbs took the lead and did the work themselves.
